ARTICLE 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you make a purchase on our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to obtain more details about the browser and operating system you are using.

Email marketing (where applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SMS marketing (where applicable): By entering your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive SMS messages (order tracking and abandoned cart recovery), as well as promotional offers. SMS messages will not exceed 4 per month. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.

How do we obtain your consent?

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to us collecting your information and using it for this purpose only.

How do I withdraw my consent?

ARTICLE 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you breach our Terms of Service.

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage system, databases and the general Shopify application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment:

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your order is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States and other jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-accepted standards.

COOKIES

Below is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you have the option to choose whether or not to allow them.

  • _session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
  • _shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
  • _shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (according to visitor's location) the following day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
  • cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
  • _secure_session_id, unique session identifier.
  • storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to know whether the current visitor has access.

ARTICLE 7 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country or region of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.
